Coaching and Hypnotherapy

From Intention to Action

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful modality to allow a person to access hidden motivations and blocks for their actions.

When I first started working as a Life Coach, I often felt that my clients were not truly accessing their true values and wisdom.

Their mind could sometimes be cluttered by "should do" - messages from their family or culture, or fears that were based on past negative experiences.

In NLP, we work a lot with limited beliefs, but again, we are not often fully conscious of the roots and origins of these beliefs.

Once they are uncovered through a light hypnotic process, it is much easier to move them out of the way in order to grow.

In that state of deeper awareness of conscious motivations, we can regain freedom of thought and action.

I incorporate light hypnotherapy as an adjunct to coaching, when necessary in the course of an ongoing coaching relationship.

BENEFITS OF COACHING

Did you know individuals who engage in a coaching relationship can expect to experience fresh perspectives on personal challenges and opportunities, enhanced thinking and decision making skills, enhanced interpersonal effectiveness, and increased confidence in carrying out their chosen work and life roles?

Consistent with a commitment to enhancing their personal effectiveness, they can also expect to see appreciable results in the areas of productivity, personal satisfaction with life and work, and the achievement of personally relevant goals.

According to the 2009 ICF Global Coaching Client Study, companies that use or have used professional coaching for business reasons have seen a median return on investment of seven times their initial investment. Individual clients reported a median return on investment of 3.44 times their investment.
